Selection guide for three-phase high-power regulator
1. First make sure that the line you enter is a three-phase electricity, three-phase four-wire.
2. It is best to measure the voltage value of the lower input terminal to ensure that the input terminal voltage is within the working voltage regulation range of the regulator.
The working range of three-phase high-power voltage regulator is: 304 ~ 456V.
3. Choose the appropriate voltage regulator according to the power of the electrical equipment.
The power of the selected regulator is recommended to be 3 ~ 5 times higher than the actual power of the powered equipment.
Because the actual operation of the voltage regulator needs to overcome the surge shock of the commercial power supply and the startup shock of the inductive load (machineries with built-in motors). When the voltage regulator is used in an inductive load, because the inductive load has a large instantaneous starting current, it is generally about 3 to 5 times the rated current. Such as: a three-phase motor 12KW, when the voltage regulator is selected, the capacity of the voltage regulator is ≥12KW * 3 = 36KW, both according to the model of our voltage regulator, it can only match large ones, and one SBW-50KVA is required.
